I had a quite similar (but smaller) image of that "machine" in mind when I read "In der Strafkolonie". Your drawing is very detailed...well done :)

Well, Kafka describes a lot of details about the machine so it's natural that people get more or less the same image.

Não tinha muito tempo por isso fiz isto mesmo muito rá;pido.
Adorei fazer isto.
Tem colagem de imagens (meio à bruta) e tratamento no computador(para a textura de pontos) e dps desenho por cima.
É mesmo muito fácil. ;)

nice. i was thinking it was a little smaller, like the "happiness in slavery" torture/pleasure thing, but this looks even more menacing and evil.

Hum...don't know that one, but I got very curious. ;)

The idea was to really look menacing, of course.
I thought it would make it "cold" - a little bit more "Kafka" - if I didn't use blood or those kind of things, so I went to the size of the machine, the needles and all that stuff.
